daylight savings is the worst.

I've had a bad day.  And then it got dark at like 5 o'clock.  Ugh.

So, I took a minute at work, as the daylight faded, to make a list.  It's titled "things that make me feel better".  Here it is (in no particular order):
-yoga
-running
-time with friends, kidlets and family
-painting
-hot baths
-good food
-kissing
-dancing
-reading

I intend to spend as much time doing these things as possible in the next few months as the sun slips away and then slowly comes back.  If you too are struggling with the sudden winter blues I highly recommend you make yourself a list.  (And if you do make a list - I'd love to hear it!)
